JYSK is an international retailer offering “everything for your home”. We are specialists in bedding items, mattresses, home textiles, furniture, garden furniture and decoration, paired with expertise and high quality in Scandinavian design at low prices. Our first store opened its doors in 1979 in Denmark. Today, there are over 3,600 JYSK stores and webshops with 34,000 employees in 49 countries. About 90 stores are located in Austria.

JYSK is part of the family-owned Lars Larsen Group. Lars Larsen, its founder, was known throughout Denmark as one of the country’s best-known businesspeople and for always having a “great offer”. JYSK was listed under the name DÄNISCHES BETTENLAGER until October 2020.
